Jess Dempsey is an experienced yoga teacher with over nine years of teaching practice, known for her thoughtful, integrative approach to movement and wellbeing. She holds a qualification in Complementary Health (2018) with specialist training in holistic massage, aromatherapy, nutrition, anatomy and physiology, and a range of therapeutic healing modalities. Her work is rooted in a deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence and the restorative power of nature, with a particular interest in the potential of plants for healing and the philosophy of food as medicine. Jess teaches primarily through an Iyengar based vinyasa style, combining precision in alignment with fluid, intuitive movement.
