The wonderful benefits of heat therapy will leave you feeling really refreshed. Sauna heat relaxes the body’s muscles, improves circulation, and stimulates the release of endorphins, the body’s all-natural “feel good” chemical, and their release provides a truly wonderful “after sauna glow. What length of time can I book?
We offer our customers 30 – 60 minutes sauna sessions from 8am – 8pm.
Do I need to shower before using the sauna?
Showering is recommended in advance of your session.
How many people can fit in the Sauna?
We can accommodate 6 people per session and slots can also be booked privately for those looking to enjoy the sauna in smaller numbers.
What happens when I arrive for my session?
You will be welcomed by your sauna host and they will talk you through your session and sauna etiquette. We ask you to leave any valuables in your car, and we can look after your keys.
Safety in the Sauna and the Sea
The optional sea dip is very much a personal preference, however, if attending for recovery and hot-cold therapy we recommend sauna first for 10-15 mins, refreshing dip, sauna, repeat and finish your session with a cold dip to get the best benefit of hot cold therapy.
Please always ask your sauna host on the safest place to swim, we are all about sea dips, please remember Wild Wellness ltd is not responsible for your safety in the water. If you choose to dip in the sea its entirely at your own risk. Always take care, know your limits and never go alone. Your safety is your responsibility, if your host tells you the water is unsafe please listen and do not enter the water. Never swim if the red flag is present.

Do you involve the use of essential oils?

Do you have tips for making the best our of the sauna session?
We advise the following:
- Within the sauna, the average person sweats over 0.5 litres per hour, so it’s important to drink plenty of fluids before and during your session. Pure water is the best form of liquid to stay hydrated.
- Showering is recommended in advance of your session.
- Do not use body creams or wear make-up, as sauna steam is highly beneficial for clearing your pores.
- Eat something salty 1 hour before your session.
- Arrive early and allow plenty of time to relax before your session. End your session with peaceful rest, give yourself a moment to recover and enjoy the after feeling of the sauna.
Cancelation Policy & Age Restrictions
Cancelation Policy
We totally understand that plans can change, but to keep things running smoothly for everyone, we do have a clear cancellation policy.
- If you need to cancel please do so via the link in your booking confirmation, if you give us 24 hours notice, we are happy to give you a refund less the processing fees, which can vary. Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to arrive in back in your account.
- If you cancel between 12-24 hours before your session, we can depending on availability offer you a reschedule, cancellation of the reschedule is non refundable. Please contact us directly to reschedule, quoting your booking REF.
- Less than 12 hours notice or a no show means sadly we can’t offer you a refund or reschedule, as we held the spot just for you.
- Please note we cannot offer you a spot if you show up on the wrong date or time, we will try our best to accommodate you but we may not always be a position to offer this.
- If you arrive late, we will try our best to extend your time session, but this may not be available if the next session is fully booked.
Age policy – We are a family friendly sauna and love to welcome all ages, however in the interest of safety
- Shared sessions are for guests aged over 16 and over only (proof of age may be required)
- Private sessions are open to all ages, but under 16s must not be left unaccompanied in the sauna and must be supervised by parents of guardians at all time.
